Today we share part three of the aging series based on the work of Dr. Alvenia Fulton. What are the common causes of digestive problems? Dr. Fulton says, allergies eating too fast, swallowing air, emotional issues, and eating a poor diet. Feeding the elderly requires patience, love, and resolve. After you accept the need that they must eat well, The problem is solved. In older persons digestive system is slower. Experiment with mini-meals and smaller portions more often during the day. Consider juicing fresh fruits and vegetables as a strategy for them to attain enough nutrients.
