How is Your Fiber Intake Part 2

Talking about fiber this week. Historically the food system most of us eat from started removing Fiber from our diets at the beginning of the 20th century. Fiber plays a kill roll in removing toxins from the body that otherwise cause diseases. Want to improve your health? Increase your consumption of raw foods like carrots and celery sticks, apples, dried figs and prunes and raw nuts and seeds especially pecans, walnuts, sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
