This series is a continuation of the larger collection based on the work of Dr. Alvenia Fulton. This particular series focuses on longevity and graceful aging.

Dr. Fulton lived to age 92. when I saw her speak at Howard University she looked jacked! Remember her flexing her biceps and she had serious definition in the body with curves. She wrote, “one's real age depends upon the condition of his [or her] bloodstream and vital organs plus his [or her’s] mental attitude towards life” those who remain active, fit, engaged in rewarding work, and committed to a cause greater than themselves enjoy longevity. Must also eat and drink wisely, have good habits, and get regular checkups to remain free from aches and pains and prevent premature aging and old age related diseases. She says, be intentional in selecting a diet that aids in the health of one's blood, tissues, arteries, and cells.
