It graduation time at Babson College. As such I thought it appropriate to delve into some culinary history of the institution. Chef Dick Roussel worked at Babson College for 25 years. Based on oral histories collected from Babson College alumni as well as his daughter, this podcast looks at the career of the chef In answers the question what role does great food play on a college campus? We learned that food improves community morale and pride in an institution.
