Interviews As A Team Building Strategy
Today's show is different in that Babson students on the last day of a Summer 2019 course interview me. I interview each of my students to help them get to know each other during the semester. This is a great team building exercise that I learned from reading Jon Gordon’s book The Power of Positive Team for creating a positive team culture. I do interviews with my U14 Girls team and college students and both groups love them! Try it with your team on the field and in the work place. On the last day of class which was last night the students interviewed me and my answers made me think about my family history, parenting, teaching, and my desired legacy.
