West Point Alum and All Americans Bob Henry And José Olivero
Two of West Points all-time best, goalie José Olivero and defenseman Bob Henry both grew up on Long Island. Jose earned second-team All-American behind Hopkins Hall of Famer Mike Federico. Bob earned first-team All-American and best defensemen in the nation. Olivero and Henry share stories about their lacrosse journeys, playing for coach Edell, what they admired about each other as teammates, US national team tryouts in 1978 and 1982, how the sport has changed since their days as West Point cadets, great teammates and opponents. By the way you hear references to Syd Abernathy, Mike O'Neill, Jeff Long, and Frank Urso.
