A gastro-political interpretation requires a discussion about what the two sides expect and believe is acceptable as it relates to food. The entrepreneur tenant hosting the party expects to earn enough to pay their landlord back rent and avoid eviction. The customer expects a great house party including food—often pigs feet or chitlins, alcohol—moonshine, and live music to dance to at bargain price.
