This post is a continuation of the series documenting Dr. Alvenia M. Fulton’s contributions to the world as an esteemed nutritionist and naturopath. The following are Dr. Fulton's good drinking and eating habits:

Drink lots of fresh vegetable and fruit juice. The best and most economical way to do so is to purchase a juicer. Make sure to use concentrated protein supplements in your salads, cereals, and juices. Eat naturally high in fiber foods that ensure you have a daily bowel movement or two. These include prunes, carrots, celery, cucumbers, beats, rhubarb, which can be eaten raw, drinking juices, or enjoyed dehydrated. Enjoy a raw salad made with five or more vegetables daily with a baked or broiled protein. And last but not least, eat whole-grain cereals and breads in need as much as you can in its natural state.
